IT Support for

Graham Speers established a company in 1995 to utilise the considerable accountancy and software experience he had accrued up to that point. The prime function of the company at that stage was to give database and PC support to clients using existing accounts packages such as Sage etc. The business has developed over the years to primarily give general IT and network support to over 500 home users and small businesses as well as supplying major IT support to over 20 GP practices in North Oxfordshire.

The company operates out of large rented premises at Aynho near Banbury which gives ample office, workshop & storage space as well as easy access to the M40 allowing easy reach of most areas in Oxfordshire.

We have been involved with GP practices for nearly 20 years and have gained extensive knowledge over that period of time of the needs of surgeries in respect to IT support. Since the advent of the new Doctor's contract, our role within the NHS has widened and we have an agreement with Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG's) for the supply of IT support which covers all aspects of day to day computer needs. We also carry out server installations, network cabling and general network related services as well as major project work such as large scale replacement or upgrading of PC workstations.

The company is also heavily involved with the support of small to medium businesses as well as a number of private individuals working from home for NGOs and charities. The vast majority of our business is from the recommendation of existing customers, who value the prompt and practical support that the experienced staff of ABS are able to offer.
